Um, spam. More useless than a dead snail in a glass. Even though I really hate unsolicited commercial mails, widely known as spam, sometimes they do amaze me. Just like the one I got approximately 2 minutes ago. Why? Check it out:
From: Catalina Crenshaw
Subject: Degree available
Message: No
The message was sent as plain text, no hidden links, images… not even text! The headers were not forged, the sender’s IP is from Brazil and is blacklisted at SpamCop.
There are some cases when spam is taken to the extreme, but this message beats every effort of making more extreme spam. It’s not enough that spam is already useless, but making it even more useless by providing no information whatsoever, beats my understandings.
So, Mrs. Crenshaw. Next time if you decide to send me some spam, please, for the holy cow’s sake, include at least a dam link or image I can follow to check what’s the service or product you think is so great you have to mail about. Thanks in advance.
